There’s a reason why people flock to the Sky Mirror, and that’s to take fun photos that make you look like you are on another planet. Or at least, standing on a gigantic mirror created from the reflection of the sea.
We went to Bagan Datuk, a fishing village in Perak, to see their Sky Mirror. But there was more to see than just that. The underrated village is also known for their Blue Tears Phenomenon, fireflies cruise, eagle feeding, and impressive seafood platter. Here’s where you can book a 2D1N package in Bagan Datuk.
Additional tips before you go: Wear bright colours for the best results, or colour coordinate with your friends. Most importantly, bring people who are just as crazy and spontaneous as you are!
Without further ado, we’ve compiled 14 shots you can plan out with your photo-savvy buddies before heading to the Sky Mirror.
If you know a thing or two about yoga, it’s time to let it shine. Pull of a standing pose like the Warrior, Tree Pose, or Half Moon for beginners, or work your way up to a Bridge or Handstand for intermediate and advanced levels.
Get your dance moves on, be it ballet, hip hop, or modern jazz. Or at least, learn a few poses just for the shot.
