In summary the candidate is responsible for our daily accounting, HR and administrative tasks. This position assumes the candidate with several responsibilities listed below
  • Perform a full spectrum of Accounting, HR and Administration functions
  • Process all relevant entries in respect of receipts, payment, purchases and journal entries
  • Issue invoices and monitoring payment received from Debtors
  • Control and monitor all collection of sales invoices
  • Assist Manager in all Accounting/Administration related matters
  • Maintain fixed assets register
  • To handle other ad hoc assignments as required by the management
  • familiar with accounting software(s) and operations including GST
  • excellent written and spoken English (Proficiency in Chinese and BM is a plus)
  • able to speak clearly and confidently
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Key skills needed to excel in role: integrity, problem solving, critical thinking, adaptability and dependability
  • a people-person who is able to converse effectively and handle issues calmly
  • prior experience in Accounts, HR or Business Admin is a plus
