Kombucha Crafting Workshop (from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm)

Workshop Itinerary, will covers the following topics:
(1) Introduction on Kombucha – An invitation to join a tradition that is more than 2000 years old
(2) What is kombucha ? A brief history.
(3) Benefits of kombucha
– Ecology of a kombucha Brew
(4) Kefir and kombucha
(5) Lets get started! Step by step hands on brewing
(6) Pit falls in brewing, enemies of Scoby ,infusion of flavours and secondary fermentation
(7) Q & A session
– Sampling of fresh brew
– Lets talk about sustainability
(8) Group Photography

Each participant will receive:
(1) Basic brewing jar
(2) One Mother Kombucha Scoby
(3) 250ml kombucha
(4) 10 days rewing support in Watsapp group
(5) Pictorial Eguidelines (Distilled from years of experience of brewing)
(6) A Surprise brewing tool 🙂
