Join a heritage walk that takes you back to 19th century Klang Town!
Known as the Royal Town, Klang is rich with history and culture, remaining as one of Selangor's unique towns. This heritage walk is a journey through Klang in the 19th century.
Walk to many of historical buildings including the century-old fire station with an interesting mini museum, and Gedung Abdullah, a warehouse which has lots of interesting tin mining stories.
See the exhibitions of the late Selangor Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah at the Royal Gallery. Explore the once Chartered Bank turned Chennai Silk departmental store and the Klang KTM Station. On the way we will see interesting sunset old trades and try hands-on activities (subject to availability).
You will also get to taste authentic local food including the famous Bak Kut Teh, while listening to stories of how Klang gets its name!
