There are many sides to Kuala Lumpur, but how about taking a night hike to a glistening view of KLCC?
Kuala Lumpur is much cooler at night, which is great for exploring an urban jungle trail located only 5-10 mins by LRT from KLCC. Frequented by locals over the weekends, this moderate yet safe trail wanders through a lush forest that comes to life at night!
Join a Wanderlust Night Hike to explore a popular hiking trail at night, look out for the forest's hidden wildlife, then see KLCC from a different point of view, one that only locals can share. Refreshments will be provided. Experienced sweeper may follow us to ensure group stays together.
Gather at the entrance of the trail
Let's go hiking
We will embark on the trail, which starts with an easy flat dirt terrain in a lush secondary forest. Surrounded by tropical flora, we will be greeted by the call of crickets and monkeys. Along the way, there will be chances to spot small animals and plants.
The trek will lead uphill to a local Indian temple, followed by a hidden vantage point overlooking KLCC, shrouded in darkness yet illuminated by city lights. After a short rest, we will head down through a short cut.
End of hike
I can drop you off at LRT Station Universiti after the hike, or call a Grab for you from the park entrance.
