You'll experience the morning wet market at Air Itam as well as local dishes that show you the diversity of Malaysia. Rest assure it's worth every penny as it will be professional taught while you enjoy having fun in this hands-on cooking class!
Malaysia food culture has strong influence from ethnic like Malay, Chinese, Indian, Baba Nyonya & Mamak. Each day will feature an ethnic's cuisine. Along the class, you'll also taste nutmeg juice, which is a refreshing native-grown fruit. At the end, we'll sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Malaysian gastronomy.
