Learn to make the traditional Nyonya kuih, Ang Koo in the heart of Georgetown.
Our kuih master will brief you on the recipes that you will be trying, enjoy our signature Chendul, a chilled dessert made from green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. Understand the composition of the dough to get that thin yet chewy texture you find in Ang Koo kuih.
You will handle and shape the dough and insert the cooked mung bean. Then the kuih will be steamed fresh. Once it is cooled down, you will get to enjoy the fruits of your labour and pack some back too!
