Are the villas / rest house private and how many pax can fit in a room?
Our chalets sit on different sections of the hilly terrain to accommodate couples, groups and even large families. Types of chalet will be arranged according to group sizes. They are all a short walking distance to the main dining hall and reception area, yet secluded enough to insure your privacy.
Are there towels in the rooms? Do you provide toiletries?
Please bring your own towels, toiletries kit and hairdryers. We do provide basic toiletries such as small-sized shower gel, hair shampoo and soap.
Is Internet service available at the villa?
WIFI is not available on the property and phone signal is limited. Take this opportunity to put down your cellphones and have a great bonding time with your friends and families.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry to inform that pets are not allowed on our property.
How long is the duration of the activities?
Each activities take approximately 2 - 3 hours depending on the group size and if there are any other groups at the same time.
What type of meals are provided at the villa & rest house? Do you cater for guest with special meal requirement?
We always believe in giving everyone a taste of our delicious local cuisine using fresh ingredients. The foods and even the dipping sauces served here are all homemade, courtesy of Adeline’s secret recipes with all natural sources. With advanced notice we can fulfil special meal request such as vegetarian. Kindly place a request when booking.
We suggest packing as light as possible. Here are some suggestions: shorts, t-shirts and sport shoes, sandals with straps and good grips, light jacket. Light nylon pants and shorts are best as they dry quicker than cotton. You can bring mosquito repellent/spray, although we provide netting at the villa. Pack a camera (waterproof if you want), flashlight, basic toiletries kit which include your towels and hairdryer and personal medication. Also, remember to bring your favourite sunscreen and you’re pretty much set!
For those who are exploring caving and night walk will need to bring along their own torchlight / flashlight.
In the occasion we are forced to cancel the activities due to bad weather (unsafe water level for white water rafting), we will try to accommodate your activities to another slot (we have two slots of activities in a day, which are 9:30am and 2:30pm) or we will proceed for refund depending on the situation and under agreement of both parties.
Who can participate in the activities?
Any person who is physically fitted to do soft adventure activities such as white water rafting, jungle trekking, caving, abseiling and etc. However we required minimum aged of 6 and minimum height is 120cm and we are unable to accommodate people with recent surgeries, pregnant women, or people who with physically or mentally difficulties.
What is the minimum and maximum age for participating on the activities?
Minimum age is 6 years old and minimum height allowed for the activities is 120cm. However, our guides will make all final decisions regarding they feel an individual is capable of participating in our activities.
I have never been white water rafting, wet-abseiling and other activities before, do i need any experiences? Is it safe for non-swimmers?
Our activities are designed to be fun and safe for individuals in reasonably good shape and require no special skills or abilities even if you do not know how to swim. Many of our guests are first-timers and they thoroughly enjoyed the activities. Our guides are highly experienced and they will guide you along and ensure your safety during the activities.
Can I wear sunglasses / prescription glasses or contact lenses?
Yes, you can. However we do recommend a strap or tie for glasses - please inform our guides before the activities and they will assist you on this. Due to the nature of the river, we can’t guarantee the safety of your glasses so if you can do without them we recommend leaving them behind.
