Penang is a well known food capital of Malaysia, some even said is Asia. Me as Penangites would like to offer my expertise as a local to share my knowledge on the local cuisine that make penang.
We will be starting off with some experiencing the Baba and Nyonya Culture snack. Baba and nyonya is the cross breeding culture between chinese and malay.
Next we will be tasting the indian cross breed Fried Noodle also known as Mee Goreng. This noodle incorporate the Chinese cooking method with western ingredients and indian spices.
After some heavy food we will be having a short walk to the Thai Reclining Buddha Temple. At here we will be discovering the story of buddhism and buddha.
Next we will be Tasting Penang Specialty Desert. The penang Chendol and some asam laksa.
Next we will take a stroll at the clan jetty area and discover the insider story of the clan jetties.
Lastly we will going to the Esplanade to try the local fruit salad known as rojak.
