Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese word meaning, literally, forest bathing, and invokes the restorative effect of spending time in the stillness of the woods.Lay down and enjoy the smell of the woods, the sound of running rivers, and sunlight through tree leaves for a great calming treatment. Look at magnificent millennium woods that almost touch the sky, your heart in awe the very minute you take in the view. Let's have a silent conversation with the stunning mother nature.

I had so much fun ! From the smooth ride from KL by friendly Shaun reaching Kampung Koo Homestay, the Owner Neng & her family welcomed us with warm & friendly manner ..her house reminds me of the olden days of my grandma house ..authentic & classic house with beautiful garden & huge mangosteen tree & kedongdong fruit tree which I have seen for the first time ...really a cosy & homely place to stay away from all the high rise building & hectic city environment..
Then the adventures ride on 4 WD was very fun too..thanks to the Uncle who drove us Safely ...heading to the stunning waterfall at Lata bereimbun was so refreshing ..Neng, the homestay owner provided very delicious homemade sticky rice & ikan bilis ( anchovies) gravy soo tasty ..
After that we explored a mystic cave with so much of history & uniquely natural stones & crystals ..something we should remember..
Last but not least we came back for dinner prepared by Neng's MOM & family simply delicious home cooking ..Neng & her family was all the time just humble & very genuine ..
This was a great trip for me ..Thanks to Shaun & Rachael
