If walls could talk in Ipoh, they would have plenty to say! Along Ipoh's labyrinth of streets, the heritage city comes to life with a collection of charming murals. Seven of these were commissioned by Lithuanian-born artist Ernest Zacharevic, who was behind some of Penang's well-known street art.
Take a virtual exploration through the town to see several key murals, from 'An Old Uncle Drinking Coffee', to the 'Tin Mining Town', 'Hummingbird', 'Kopi Break', Trishaw' and 'Paper Plane'. They capture Ipoh's white coffee obsession, tin-mining past and the beauty of childhood.
