Summary

Let's start the tour at an old-fashioned local coffee roasting factory. This is one few remaining local coffee roasters in a nondescript neighbourhood that even locals take for granted. Learn about the coffee beans, their origins and unique roasting techniques. Best of all, the 'uncles' of the factory will interact with you and allow you to touch the beans, sample coffee and maybe even let you rake the hot coffee beans!

Next is our visit to a local bread factory, one of only five left in Malaysia. See what is special about this old-style bread, and how it is made using old equipment and wooden boards. You get to sample freshly baked bread too!
