The Kelantan Malay Traditional Shadow Play Gallery is the only shadow play gallery in Kelantan. Privately run by master puppeteer Tok Dain, it functions as a cultural preservation and learning hub for an ancient art.
There is a main gallery that showcases all kinds of puppets through the ages. At the back of the gallery, Tok Dain runs a workshop where eager students and visitors can learn to make a wayang kulit character with the master puppeteer. This is only available upon request.
